Sales brochures and folders
Sales brochures and folders were provided by dealers to prospective customers. These items typically contain pictures of automobiles and specifications. In some cases, the brochures were printed well in advance of production of the automobile. So the absolute accuracy of the information in these brochures can, at times, be suspect.

Parts books provide a list of the parts used in a specific automobile. The books typically list the Durant part number, a description of the part, and the quantity used in the car. Unfortunately, there are no diagrams or descriptions about how the parts fit together. Some parts books provide a cross-reference showing the other models that a specific part fits.
